  1. The worst ever customer experience I have had. First I payed 200 eur only for service fee to change dates, when KLM directly to them was offering it for free. Ok, its my bad. Problems started later. KLM has cancelled connection flights, and was offering me other options, but since I bought tickets through tickets.lt, they said I have to confirm changes through them. I have emailed tickets.lt - no reply, i repeated email, still no reply, i was emailing them 4 weeks and they never replied to me. Then I called them, and they said that no flights are cancelled and everything goes by plan!
