We are writing to notify you that your latest order is still being held due to EMS service is invalid in your country , and DHL service is temporarily unavailable because of high tax issue.

Would you mind if we ship it via Registered Airmail service ? If so, the EMS cost you paid will be refunded to your PayPal account upon confirmation received from you. But we should mentioned that Airmail service is untraceable once the package leaves HK for your country and it will take a bit longer for the package to reach you.

If you don't agree on it, we will definitely process full refund for this order.
