We are looking for an experienced, all-rounded Digital Advertising Manager with expertise in both running paid ads to drive high-intent traffic and building highly-converting landing pages. You will scope, build, design, and develop complete marketing campaigns for affiliate offers.

This is for someone who is hungry for results, enjoys producing excellent results and is ultimately a great team player! Also, you will be able to form a 3-5 person team to join you.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
●Responsible for the overall user performance of our affiliate offers within the department
●Consistently optimize and push the boundaries of our day-to-day operations to increase conversion with new ideas to test
●Follow best practices to set processes for running ad campaigns for affiliate offers
●Stay up to date with industry trends and keep evolving your skills to fulfil your potential.

●2+ years experience in running paid ad campaigns (Facebook, Google, Native, Push, etc) with a clear track record of success steps;
●Experience with scoping and designing converting landing pages;
●Conversion based copywriting. 
●Strong technical skills regarding a/b testing and optimization.
●Strong communication and project management skills.

New office in Kaunas old town. 
Fixed salary 1500-4500 depending on your experience + progressive bonuses from generated profits.
