For those of you who are here specifically for news regarding dw, I would like to say that I have some updates for you, as promised.Alex PR: This news will be the second in the agenda. Why in the second? The second topic is a huge one. I dont want just to give you a date and a solution. We sincerely believe that you should know everything about our work, so only a full and informative response will be given . And the agenda is the following.
Alex PR: 1)A UFund landing page is ready. What is the point 2) Issue 3) Your emotions.)
Alex PR: Lots of words have been said about UFund, its advantages and perspectives. I am very pleased to acknowledge that many uinvestors expressed their sincere interest in this innovative product.
Alex PR: If some of you are not aware what UFund is, I would recommend to look through the previous management chat for more information. To those of you who are constantly in the loop of the latest updates, I am happy to say that the UFund landing page is already completed and welcomes you.
Alex PR: For new comers this landing page is very user-friendly and easy to navigate through. They have to complete three simple steps, i.e. input a username, an email, and a country for a successful registration and get their $300 for starting working with us. We are confident that this offer will attract lots of new joiners, because as of now UFund iswidely spread in the media, as the release about this fantastic product was published on around 300 websites.
Alex PR: Moreover, UFund has been discussed a lot on various forums, so we have a number of early birds already! Alex PR: Just let's make it clear, when we need advice, we ask for it. This time we are informing you about our decision. Should someone like it or not, but this is what is going to happen... with all our respect. Sincerely.
Alex PR: We have already defined our business model, and we are successfully implementing it. As you know UI has been working hard on creating a global marketplace where everyone will find their way of money making. This model is constant, reliable, and successful. It will not be changed.
Alex PR: In the center of this model there is a marketplace, the place where business activities run. Different services will assist its participants to run their activities. Despite the fact that these services are combined into models, in reality these are different companies with different goals and tasks. E.g. SE is SE, UPay is UPay, etc.
Alex PR: They may have different visions and different business plans. At the first glance it may seem strange, but there will be no mutual financial relationships on the marketplace, they will be defined into a separate model based on the money management section of UI with FPs.
Alex PR: At first we had companies affiliated with UI. They helped have uinvestors payments come through (e.g. Paypal, Payza, Wire Transfer). We know that all clients care mostly about the safety of their funds, but we made this process also easy and simple.

Alex PR: A client saw only a simple interface, but the whole system of affiliated companies, including FP, was hidden behind this simple interface. This is a centerpiece concept, it cannot be considered partially.
Alex PR: So what we have is various affiliated companies that are just a part of our system, and they bear financial responsibility for the safety of your transactions. The main point for everyone to understand is it is not correct to state that UInvest is a closed money circulating system. If a lazy bone wants to think that he sends money to UInvest, let it be, it's kinda close to reality.
Alex PR: Recently we understood that we could let uinvestors themselves play on this marketplace, and we made it real. But affiliated companies have never disappeared into nowhere, this is them who have always faced the biggest financial inflows and cooperate with BOs.
Alex PR: In the meantime, let's not forget about LR. (LR cannot be forgotten, huh) ) After its close-down the system swallowed a huge number of people servicing the transactions. This is the reason that the ones left live have raised the commission for a transaction done.
Alex PR: By the way "live" means those who stayed in business))
Alex PR: Lets be honest, The guarantee guys are simply overloaded these days.
Alex PR: They are doing the job FPs used to do in the past, and the speed definitely slowed down. Miracles do not happen, and the best we can do is to maximum limit the negative influence towards each of you, but keep in my mind that our world if far from a fairytale.
Alex PR: It's impossible to make everyone work 10 times faster just because you need it right now.
Alex PR: What about those big mouths which scream at every corner? Do you want to get hooked by HYIPers?
Alex PR: Good luck, but it will change nothing- UI has always born and will always bear its responsibility and no one will lose a penny. Amen.
Alex PR: If something happened in the past, we always reimbursed your losses. Recall hacker and ddos attacks, it cost us resources and money, but none of our uinvestors felt the influence of these attacks. And it will always be like that.
Alex PR: To make sure you are following me, I will clearly state once again that no one will never ever lose a penny with Uinvest.
Alex PR: This statement has a firm reason: Uinvest has nothing to lose. The funds that are paid to you and received from you are with FPs, including affiliated ones, which means they bear certain responsibilities to uinvestors, the responsibilities that are impossible to lose.
Alex PR: The sooner you understand that you face no risks with UInvest, the better for you. Those who think risks exist, they just deceive themselves, and lose on speculative transactions that are offered by some of our FPs in the form of crazy percentages.
Alex PR: You yourself give your money to them together with an opportunity to earn on your fear. You'd better follow our recommendations, and you'll never lose. I assume this is not what you came for. But I believe it is useful to understand what is going on, what to do, and what will happen in the future.
Alex PR: As mentioned in the beginning, we are moving forward step by step according to the plan, stoically accepting surprises of life. As a part of this plan, we want to create the UPay Bank, i.e. a financial structure that will service uinvestors' transactions, no matter what their activities are.

Perskaičiau visus puslapius ir aš kabliuką pagavau. Galvoju pradžiui nedaug eur suinvestuot, o vėliau didelę sumą įmerkt.
Tik keli esminiai klausimai: Norint investuoti į objektus ką reikia reikia žinoti, į ką atsižvelgti. Man atrodo gan paprasta paspaudi Assets management ir išmeta visus objektus, tai iš jų tik ir rinktis reikia? Ar į ką dar atsižvelgti reikia? Taip pat, ten kur netto ir brutto yra parašyta ten vienos akcijos kaina ar kas? Nori investuoti pradžiui iki 1k euru.
Taip pat kaip pinigus įkelti per paypal ar kreditinę korta?

- We explained the meaning of electronic account, and the terms of its use.
- We also clarified that the term "Investment" at uinvest.com.ua should imply an investment which is made through providing funds under the terms and conditions of a loan and do not imply the purchase of securities. At the same time the term "Share" at uinvest.com.ua should imply the rights of an investor under the investment, that include, but not limited to get interest, get an investment back, assign (concede) the investor's rights to other persons, demand the fulfillment of obligations by the companies, etc. Consequently the terms "Sell Share" or "Buy Share" mean the assignment of investor's right under investment to other users at the agreed price.
- We canceled the 10% fee of monthly income you earn for UInvest's service use. As a result, all of your income at uinvest.com.ua will be exempted from any commission deductions. Notwithstanding this improvement, a commission for transactions of funds between UInvest's electronic accounts is still in force.
- We added restrictions for use of UInvest's web-site and services by United States citizens.
- We updated our warranty disclaimer regarding UInvest's limitation of liability resulting from your use of our web-site and services.
- We added the indemnification clause, which obliges our users to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless UInvest in certain circumstances.
- In the unlikely event that we aren't able to resolve any problems between us, we added a section requiring that any dispute between us and our users be handled by International Chamber of Commerce. We appreciate that this is a significant change, so we will permit existing UInvest users who do not agree with this change to "opt-out" of the arbitration agreement by notifying us via e-mail within 30 days after April 29, 2013 (the effective date of our new Terms of Use).
