Short description

Idea author may present his idea for symbolic price of 50$ (competitors at least 100$) by present form. The idea is verified by preliminary/automated system and it is or passed to the next level, or is given back to the author for revision. After the verification is passed, author may create business plan and pass it to the web platform by the given form- verification is fully automated; and pass it to the web platform for 200$ (competitors- 250$). Business plan may be done with our consultants for additional fee. It is possible to invest in ideas by any investors from the sum of 50$ (competitors- 100$) up to whole project (competitors- 5000$) until whole sum is gathered. Investments are gathering at our account for the exact period of time for idea (preliminary up to 3 months). In the end there may be three choices:

• investment is fully gathered. Process of passing shares to investors is started, after which investment is passed to author (commissions in this case is 10%);

• investment is partially gathered, but it fit author needs. Process of passing shares to investors is started, after which investment is passed to author (commissions in this case is 5%);

• investment isn’t gathered or is partially gathered, but it doesn’t fit author needs. Investments are transferred back to investors (commissions in this case is 0%).

This platform should be most flexible on the market and the first in countries there it is mostly needed.

In projecting and arranging the platform we will be working with law, business and IT professionals (for e.g. potentially BNT Legal & Tax, Strata, Projektų konsultacijos ir tyrimai, etc.)

2. Start operation of the platform in first country, reach rent ability and expend platform availability for other countries until we end of first year from project start.

3. Start operation in two more countries (potentially Sweden and Great Britain), reach the profit appropriate to the investments done during second year.

4. Have business model, case studies and success stories in three countries and start selling franchises for the other countries during third year.

Expected yearly turnover after free years- 25 billion $, profit- 2 billion $ investment and 1 billion $ franchise sails after three years.
