PokerStrategy.com is young – only 3 years old and the average age of our staff members is 27, which results in a rather relaxed start-up atmosphere with a lot of team spirit & friendship.

 

Apart from our constant professionalising, we never forget that we can only be successful when everybody enjoys both the work and the feeling of success. So we not only try to create the best communities in the aspects of content, service and technology, but also improve our employees and turn them into a real team – a community – with many collective activities. We do ask for serious motivation, but we also pay clearly above the market average, we have flexible working hours, full supply at the work area, we offer an education provision as well as collective leisure activities. Furthermore, there's something that we consider especially important, and that is that we have flat hierarchies and put our emphasis on performance, not on academic titles.
