Redemption update: While the exact dates and times of our upcoming April general redemptions will be a surprise, here's what we can tell you.
1. Only U.S. and Canadian members will be able to get into the site during the U.S./Canadian redemption, and only members from other countries will be able to get in during the International redemption.
2. While it's impossible to find a time that is perfect for everyone, we have done our best to find times that are convenient for our members.

We want to keep making your Lockerz experience as good as it can be, so we'll be giving our members two separate redemptions this month. One will be for members in US and Canada; the other for international members. We hope this will allow all our members to redeem at the hour and time that is best for them. In order to give you more PTZ and more power when you redeem, we'll be bringing back double PTZ tomorrow!

Important update: Last night we had our first test of a Member Appreciation Redemption. Our goal was to give every member who signed up with PTZ an equal opportunity to redeem a prize. While our first two waves went smoothly, with thousands of members redeeming great prizes, our third wave was problematic for some due to site availability. Unfortunately, we battled some heavy cheating bots in Wave 3. Despite our efforts to shut these down, they affected the experience for some members who couldn't log in. We're working hard to ensure this will not happen in the future. Most importantly, we've refunded 100 PTZ to all members who participated in the Member Appreciation Redemption and did not receive a prize. We have already put these PTZ in your account in time to use for today's General Redemption. Thanks for your patience as we work to perfect the redemption process!
