Sveiki, pirkau iphone per ebay, jis naudotas, bet buvo rašoma, kad jis "mint condition" (ledinis), bet turi nedidelį įbrėžimą. Gavau iphone, jo visi šonai(remelis iphone 4) oksidavę (spalva nuėjusi) ir įlenkti vietomis. Rašinėjuosi su pardavėju, bet jis nenori gražinti pinigų, nes rašė, kad jis naudotas. Ar galiu kelti dispute, kadangi prekė neatitiko aprašymo?

Tipiskas eilinis anglas papuole. 7/10 pas juos dar superb condition, ne viena karta toki gaves.

Pagasdini dispute, negative feedback ir prasai partial refund(proto ribose).

Jei jau labai prastas - keli case ir po ~20-30d garantuotai laimesi savo naudai - reikes issiust telefona atgal, o tau grazins pinigus(apart siuntimo islaidu)

Neverta pirkt ebay.co.uk tu mint codition, nes per paskutine savaite 3vnt teko grazint.

Jo.. gali elgtis taip kaip sako, bet pas juos ten kaip ir čia lietuviškai- pardavėjui ledinis, tai nebūtinai ir tau ledinis pasirodys :D

Kiek žiūrėjau, tai ebay.co.uk IP4 be 200 nesibaigia, tai pas mus skelbiu.lt pigiau, koks tikslas iš ten siųstis?

I bought an iPhone 4 in eBay auction a few days ago which was organised by the fallowing seller : xxxxx. The phone arrived well-packaged with all the accessories.

According to the advertisement I should have received a phone "in Excellent condition and fully working order".However, I can describe the condition as FAIR and it is way too far from Excellent.

My remarks:There are a lot of deep and long scratches on the screen and on the back.There are some bumps and bruises on the sides, as well as scratches too.The phone arrived dirty-soiled(dust + oil) and the Screen is smudgy. It looks like a residue of glue or something but I won't try my luck to clean it. I do not want to spoil anything.Mute/ring button is a bit sticky So, the overall condition is not as described in the ad, so I feel totally deceived and it is the third time I have to return the item because of the false description. Besides, the seller said that she had posted the item on Friday but I only received it today. I have checked the Tracking no and it says that this parcel was posted on Monday. So it appears that the seller has lied to me.I have tried to contact the seller to sort this out but he/she just ignores me.

Sadly, I just wanted to spend my money wisely but all I received was a piece of crap.I would be pleased to send this brick back, well-packaged and recorded, that is why I am asking for a full refund + postage prices from my side.

To prove my statemens I can upload some photos showing the condition of the phone.

I ask PayPal to sort this issue out accordingly and I am escalating it to a claim because of a lack of communication from the seller.Thank you,XXXX
