Leading digital agency Bpi, with their head office based in the UK, is looking for a hardworking, motivated, deadline driven individual to add to their growing team in Lithuania.

As a web designer you are responsible for the quality execution of visual assets designed to express creative concepts for digital projects. You will also contribute to the strategic/conceptual process, project planning (costing, timing and resource planning) and lead creative presentations in pitches.

Responsibilities: To the creative brief

• Lead all stages of the creative process

• Direct creative brainstorming/visioning sessions with client/team

• Ensure the development and creation of creative documents

• Effectively perform client comparative analysis

• Develop knowledge and understanding of the Digital environment and it impact on the design process

Responsibilities: To the delivery of creative assets

• Create, and direct innovative graphic and visual designs for clients’

• Lead client communication in web design matters, in particular reference to the build process

• Own the clients identity guidelines and practices developing digital guidelines

• Deliver quality work, in compliance with established procedures and/or protocols, within tight deadlines, with consideration to the needs and

requirements of co-workers

• Demonstrate leadership skills in addressing delivery and performance issues and support the development of team morale

• Works proactively with the account teams to ensure completion of project within scheduled timescales

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of designing site architectures, user interfaces, and intuitive navigation schemes

• Experience with site design documentation

• Experience in graphics software applications, techniques, tools, web-based languages technologies

• Portfolio in digital form

• Proven track record of leading a project using an agreed creative process

• Expert understanding and delivery of digital marketing solutions

• You will need to be able to guide and provide feedback to project managers.
