Google Play užbaninimas

Sveiki, nesenai "Google Play" atsinaujino savo taisykles ir dabar gavosi tokia situacija, kad mano kūrėjo paskyra kuri veikė pusantrų metų be problemų buvo užbaninta. Gal kam nors pražystama situacija ir galite pasidalinti patirtimi ką daryti toliau, nes parašiau į "Google" o ten nulis atsakymų? Turiu minčių atsidaryti kitą paskyrą, bet įdomu ar nebus tas pats?

REASON FOR TERMINATION: Prior violations of the Content Policy and Developer Distribution Agreement by this or associated accounts as outlined in previous emails sent to the registered email address(es) of the Publisher account(s).

Labas, aš skaitęs apie tuos „banus“, jau su ta pačia paskyra negalėsi nieko padaryti, turi kūrtis naują ir kad niekas nesusietų tavo naujos paskyros ir senos, nes jeigu pagaus blokuos ir ją. Pasiskaityk internete pilna informacijos apie užblokavimus.

Citata iš jų laiško vienam kuris bandė nusiūsti apeliaciją pažymėsiu ką būtinai reikia įsidėmėti:

I would like to appeal this decision to terminate my Google Play developer account.

 

1) Email address of my developer account: [email protected].

 

2) I do not have any removal or suspension violations on other developer accounts.

 

3) Why my account should be reinstated: The Help Center article mentions that multiple suspensions count as strikes against the good standing of an account. However, the suspensions of my apps "paulscode.android.mupen64plus", "paulscode.android.mupen64plus.free", and "paulscode.android.mupen64plus.xperiaplay" were the result of an illegal DMCA claim filed by an individual who does not represent the product he claims that I violated a copyright to. Furthermore, the product in question is licensed by the GNU GPL v2, and I followed all the terms of that license, so there was no copyright violation. Thus, these suspensions should not count as strikes against my account.

Užsiregistravau iš naujo, pasižiūrėsim ar nesusisiejimas su jau užblokuota paskyra pagelbės šioje situacijoje :)

Na žinok padėjo registracija naujos paskyros be jokių kabliukų į seną, jau veikia savaitę be problemų :)

Savaitė gana trumpas laiko tarpas...
