Tik nejuokink su tais gražinimais ALI. jei neklystu ALIBABA ir ALIEXPRESS iš to pačio pieno plaukę. Štai pasvarstymui:

I got completely RIPPED OFF

 

I was contact by a specialist team at Alibaba and worked with Alibaba to source a new supplier via their specialist sourcing team. Using their expertise to suggest a Gold Supplier I spent $5000 Dollars (£3000 GBP) to buy 600 clapperboards. And then they arrive totally smashed to pieces. They were VERY badly packed by the mfr.

 

EVERY SINGLE CLAPPERBOARD WAS BROKEN !!!

As you can see from the above this was a total write off for the 600 pieces.

FedEx collected them AND RETURNED THEM BACK TO CHINA.

So of course a case is opened with Alibaba and after many emails what do you think is the outcome?

 

The supplier said.. "We offer that if you buy from us ANOTHER 1000 (One THOUSAND) pieces then we will give you credit for half (300 pieces) from this shipment. This is very good solution"

Hang on a minute.... I order product. Its badly pacakaged and all items are damaged. So instead of replace them and pack better the solution is for me to BUY MORE!

So in short unless I am prepared to order another 1000 pieces and accept a credit for 300 pieces then as far as Alibaba is concerned its case closed.

 

You got to be kidding me. My only regrets are not paying this one on PayPal (which would have got an INSTANT Refund)

 

Message to the world:

1) Dont expect "GOLD SUPPLIERS" to be great. They are not.

2) Dont expect ANY HELP from Alibaba.

 

As the strap line of this message says "I got ripped off by Alibaba Gold Member..."
