Last week on 04-18-05 I sent an email stating that we would only accept new members (current members were unaffected) from search friendly countries. Well, due to many members and non-members being upset with this change, I have decided to again open the doors to all English speaking/reading international members. However, I have updated the TOS.

 

The changes to the Terms are as such:

 

Due to excessive cheating from some countries we are forced to amend our TOS.

 

1. Effective 05-01-2005 Members from the following countries (Iran, China, Poland, Russia & Lituania)(this list may be amended as needed) who sign up after 05-01-2005 will be required to verify their account before they can redeem their earnings for cash. If they choose not to verify their account, they may still redeem their earnings for advertising.

 

Verification steps in order to receive CASH PAYOUTS can take place in one of two ways.

 

1. Upgrade your account to one of our Upgraded Member Packages. (there are 8 options)

 

2. Make a one-time verification fee payment of $3.00 to 50CentPTR. (once your account has been verified you will receive a one-time advertising package to offset the verification fee)

 

Yes, there are cheaters from other countries, however they make up maybe 1% of all the cheaters we find. I'm trying to run a fun, yet profitable site for my advertisers, members & yes myself also. And all the cheaters really ruin it. Current members who signed up prior to 05-01-05, ARE NOT AFFECTED They will continue to be able to redeem their earnings for cash, unless they so choose to quit the program, or they are found to be cheating.

 

Again, I need to stress, that this only affects NEW Members, not members who have been with us already.

 

There is also an update to the Payouts section of the terms.

 

I have in the past made payments a couple times a week to members who have reached payout. This has become a daunting task, and many members do not seem to understand that they are paid automatically, and keep emailing me requesting payment. So, from now on payouts will be done twice a month. On the 1st & 15th of each month, you will receive your full account balance, if you have reached the min payout of $0.50.

 

This months payouts will be a day or two off while I get situated for this change. I need to fund our processor accounts, so payments will be made on the 3rd or 4th just for this month. Then we should be set for the 15th.

Let this part of my email serve as a warning.

 

I will over the next couple of days, be sending multiple cheat links & English tests. I am intent on weeding out the cheaters which ruin the program for the honest members. Make sure you read your emails carefully.
