Job Description.

As a Lead Web Developer, you will work with the stakeholders to translate business requirements into software development process, suggest best/cost effective technologies to get the job done, and accurately estimate the scope, time and resources.

 

Candidate must utilize the best practices of Agile Software Development, Continuous Integration/Delivery, DevOps methodologies and have a proven track record of delivering well-structured, functional software. You should be a strong leader and mentor for other team members and 3rd party developers, and be able to work independently.

 

Required Skills:

• At least 5 years of hands on experience with backend web technologies (primarily LAMP - Linux, Apache, PHP, MySQL)

• At least 3 years of hands on experience with JavaScript, CSS, HTML, JQuery, AJAX, and JSON technologies

• Strong level understanding of common APIs (Facebook, Amazon EC2/S3, Twitter, YouTube, etc), and ability to master new API's quickly

• Extensive experience developing and customizing of content management systems (especially Vbulletin and Wordpress)

• Familiar with front-end frameworks (i.e. Bootstrap, AngularJS) and experience working with responsive and adaptive designs

• Knowledge of Linux Shell, file systems, databases, backup procedures, and GIT version control system.

• Knowledge of application/system security.

• Excellent communication level, fluent written and verbal English is a must.

• Basic knowledge of forex market, MQL etc. is a bonus.
