Bolton @ 1.80 (Expert)

Bolton Wanderers will welcome Burnley at Reebok stadium. This is "six pointer" for both these teams as both are fighting for survival. Bolton occupy 19th place in the standings with 18 points. Burnley have 20 points and currently occupy 15th place in the standings. The fact that Owen Coyle just swapped Burnley for Bolton will only add to excitement.

Owen Coyle did an exceptional job with Burnley. He took this team all the way from relegation struggles in the Championship all the way to the Premier League. The loss of their talismanic manager midway to the season can be crucial for Burnley. Brian Laws took over at Burnley. It's worth mentioning that Brian Laws has no Premier League experience and will have a very tough job on his hands as Burnley try to maintain Premier League status. The atmosphere in Burnley's dressing room is not very good at the moment. Burnley also has very poor away record this season. They only managed one draw on their travels all season! That is the worst record in the Premier League.

Owen Coyle got a great reception form Bolton fans and players. He is a former Bolton player. Performance wise Bolton also improved a bit under Coyle. Bolton played pretty well in two games against Arsenal, they scored two goals away from home only to be denied by the brilliant Arsenal comeback. However Bolton responded very well winning against Sheffield United in the FA Cup. That was first win for Owen Coyle as a Bolton manager. Bolton is definitely on a high at the moment and they are worthy favorites in the game against Burnley. Not only do Bolton have better squad, but their manager knows Burnley very well and definitely knows how to win against his former team.

Everton - Sunderland Over 2.5 @ 2.00 (Stan James)

Everton will welcome Sunderland at Goodison Park. Everton currently occupy 10th place in the standings with 26 points, while Sunderland occupy 13th place in the standings and have 23 points. Both these teams have very good players and should challenge for European places, but this is not the case this season as both these teams struggle to deal with injuries to their best players.

Everton started the season poorly, but now they look much better as all their best players are coming back from injuries. Everton was unbeaten in their last six games prior to clash with Birmingham City in the FA Cup. That really goes to show that team is starting to play better and that they started to find the net on the regular basis. Everton lost against a very good Birmingham City side in the FA Cup meeting, so they will be up for this match against Sunderland and will be desperate to win this game to restore the good momentum.

Sunderland started the season very well. However the joy was short lived as the main man in midfield - Lee Cattermole got injured. Without Catts Sunderland was by far not as impressive as with him playing and as a result dropped a lot of points. Finally Catts is fit and will feature in this game against Everton and that will be a huge boost for Sunderland. However Sunderland has other problems, as Turner and Bardsley (first choice defenders) are unavailable. Sunderland looked very shaky in defense in their last outings, conceeding 7 goals against Chelsea and 2 goals against struggling Portsmouth. However attack still looks very sharp and Sunderland score at least a goal almost in every match they play.

So there we are, the third Manchester derby this season as Manchester United will welcome Manchester City at the Theater Of Dreams. This is Carling Cup semi finals 2nd leg, Man City leading 2-1 after first leg and Aston Villa is already awaiting the winner of this tie in the Finals.

Manchester United haven't been as good as they were last year. They obviously miss Ronaldo's creativity and goals, but the main issue this season is defense. Man Utd have been struck by injuries to their defensive players. Ferdinand and Vidic have been unavailable for the big part of the season and other defensive players didn't step up to fill the void. As a result Man Utd have been extremely shaky in defense. However when Rooney is playing like he does at the moment, Man Utd will always be a big offensive threat especially at Old Trafford.

Man City have proven a lot of times this season that they are weak defensively and just can't handle the pressure, their main strenght is fast counter attacks. Man City have a slight advantage coming into this fixture after winning at home 2-1 in the first leg. Without any doubt they will be put under big pressure by Man Utd attack and they are always likely to conceed a goal or two. However Man City still will be very dangerous on counter attacks and can definitely hurt Man Utd's defense in this match.

Inter will take on struggling Juve side at Stadio Giuseppe Meazza in the Coppa Italia quarter finals. Inter is rampant at the moment. They are on top of the league, nine points clear of second placed AC Milan. In fact Inter have just convincingly beaten AC Milan 2-0. The atmosphere in the team is great. The same can't be said about Juve. The club is crisis. They have fallen into the sixth place in the Serie A table and their manager Ciro Ferrara is definitely under fire and probably will lose his job at the neat future. Juve is already out of the Champions League and now they are not in the running for the Serie A title as well. Vincenzo Iaquinta, Martin Caceres, David Trezeguet, Sebastian Giovinco, Christian Poulsen, Luca Marrone, Claudio Marchisio and Hasan Salihamidzic have all been ruled out of the trip to the San Siro on Thursday while Zdenek Grygera, Nicola Legrottaglie, Mauro Camoranesi, Momo Sissoko and Diego are reportedly struggling for fitness.
