These conditions of participation are valid from 8/1/2006 (GMT +1) to 4/21/2010 11:45 PM (GMT +1).

§1 Who qualifies for participation?

All regularly registered users of bwin or any other website operated by bwin (hereafter called "referrers") are entitled to participate in the Friendship Bonus program.

A regularly registered user is a person who registered him/herself once and properly pursuant to the general terms and conditions of the company.

The "Friendship Bonus" promotion is not available for certain countries and specific Federal Provinces.

§2 Who may be referred?

Every participant may refer his/her friends and acquaintances. Close relatives of the referrer (parents, siblings, children), persons living in the same household as the referrer, and persons giving the same e-mail address as the referrer or using the same deposit account (same CC, bank account, e-wallet, mobile payment,...) as the referrer will NOT be accepted as new customers.

Note: Within the scope of the Friendship Bonus program, e-mails may only be sent to persons whom the referrer knows personally ("prohibition of spamming").

§3 How is someone referred?

Under Friendship Bonus in their accounts, every referrer has the opportunity to send an e-mail with a personal message, as well as a text provided on the website, to his/her friends and acquaintances. This e-mail includes a link. The potential new customer must click on this link, agree to the conditions of participation of the Friendship Bonus program and register as a new customer by completing the registration form found at bwin.

If the friend does not click on the link in the e-mail, then s/he will not be considered for the Friendship Bonus program and the referrer will not get a bonus for this friend.

§4 Definition of "new customer"

Within the scope of the Friendship Bonus program, a new customer is a customer who registers him/herself within ten days for the first time at bwin upon a referrer's invitation AND within 10 days after the registration pays at least LTL 35 into his/her account AND places bets amounting to at least LTL 560 (or the equivalent amount in another currency) within 12 months of registration.

By taking part in the Friendship Bonus program, the new customer agrees that the referrer is informed about the registration as well as the deposit and placement of the minimum bet of the new customer, enabling the referrer to inform him/herself about his/her success in the Friendship Bonus program.

§5 Prerequisites for receiving the bonus

a) Referrer

The referrer will receive a bonus to the value of LTL 80 for every referred new customer (see §4 for definition) as soon as his/her friend wagers at least LTL 560 on one or more sports bets. The bonus will be approved within a maximum of 36 hours, as soon as the respective new customer has fulfilled the particular criteria stipulated for the reception of the bonus (see §4, definition of a new customer).

b) New customer

The new customer will receive a special LTL 80 bonus on a first deposit of at least LTL 35. If the first depost is lower than the minimum requirement of LTL 35, then the user will not qualify for the bonus. The new customer can claim this bonus only once and is not eligible for any other possible bonus offers.

c) Definition of bonus

Both the referrer's bonus and the bonus for the new customer are to be considered as FreeBet bonuses and are subject to the following conditions:

The bonus has to be wagered at least 7 times on one or more sports bets exclusively at bwin within two months from the date it was credited before a payout of the bonus is allowed. Please note that you are not allowed to transfer marketing bonuses to another bwin product (Poker, Games, Casino).

d) Poker Bonus

Both the referrer and the new customer will be offered an additional Poker Bonus of $30 after the new customer has received the bonus of LTL 80 on their first deposit. These offers will be sent via e-mail within a maximum of 36 hours. Once the Poker Bonus has been requested, Poker Points will be collected when playing poker at bwin. In order to activate the bonus, sufficient Poker Points must be collected within a period of 30 days. This poker bonus will require 10 Poker Points per bonus dollar. As soon as the required amount of Poker Points has been collected, the bonus will be automatically credited to the player’s bwin account. Please note that previously collected Poker Points cannot be used to speed up the bonus payout.

§6 Final Provisions

In case of suspected manipulations or fraud, and in case of any violation of these conditions of participation, the company reserves the right to exclude the respective registered user and/or the new customer from participating in the Friendship Bonus program. In such a case, the customer loses the possible claim to a bonus.

The company points out that the statement of incorrect data and/or misrepresentation is prohibited and will be reported to and prosecuted by the appropriate authorities and courts.

By accepting participating in the Friendship Bonus program the referrer also agrees that if s/he wins the bonus s/he allow his/her user ID to be used for promotional purposes.

Referrers and new customers have to settle their legal relationship exclusively among themselves. The company does not accept liability in case of unauthorized passing on of a new customer's name and e-mail address.

The company reserves the right to change or cancel the Friendship Bonus program at any time without prior notice.

Claims for damages raised by customers against the company and/or its vicarious agents (e.g. for system breakdowns, defects, delay, manipulated or improper data transmission) are excluded unless they are based on intentional or gross negligence. If the customer is a consumer, the disclaimer is only valid for matters of slight negligence.

Unless stated otherwise in these conditions of participation, the Terms and Conditions of the company are applicable both to the Friendship Bonus program and the subsequent bets placed.

Employees of the company as well as their relatives, friends and acquaintances are excluded from taking part in the Friendship Bonus program
