Vienas Amazon klientas susisiekęs su Amazon "Online help" buvo turbūt labai nustebintas, kaip žmogus, kuris tau turi pagalba suteikti, ne to, kad nelabai susigaudo situoacijoi, o net anglų kalbos nelabai moka... Vėliau businessinder.com žurnalistam apsimetus ieškant darbo ir susisiekus su online help, buvo išsiaiškinta, kad "online pagalba" isikūrusi Indijoje. (Ši situoacija man kažkai iškart priminė "Lušnynų milionierius" filmą).

Visu pirma, jie tikrai neturi galimybes istrinti kazkokius tai acountus, ypac kai tokie prasymai ateina "pagrysti"... Mano manymu cia tavo nesugebejimas paprasyti realaus sprendimo - PAKEISTI tavo el pasto adresa, o ne istrinti kazkieno kito accounta..

Hmm... Kažkodėl susidarė įspūdis, kad nesupratai teksto. Jei ką tai čia tas kuris papostino išvis nei prie ko.

Oooo taip :) Tie, kas gyvena/gyveno UK, turbūt ne vieną kartą susidūrė su Customer Supportu, kuris randasi Indijoje :) Kaip nekeista, jų anglų kalba tiesiog žiauri :) Man net mano bendradarbiai, kada skambina į BT, Orange ir panašių įmonių Cust. service, sako, "F*****G indians, hopefully they will understand this time, what I want" :)
