Derby are now having to scrap for their lives and as such won't fancy facing Ramos' side who spent most in the window to build on what was already fine foundations. Spurs always had goals. In Berbatov and Keane they have one of the most potent strike forces in the Premiership- if not Europe. The problems always lay at the back but now that it has been refitted they look all the stronger for it. Last weekend against Man Utd they looked good and although they lost a goal at the death I felt they deserved all 3 points. In particular though their away form has been dire this season with only 1 away win on their travels. They know that they must start winning now as they are a long way behind even the likes of Blackburn and Aston Villa. That bunch above them are their targets so the winning must start now.

 

Likewise Derby are desperate for the points but really are short on confidence. Very soon it looks like they will be confirmed as relegated as the teams fighting directly above them are better. The morale is extremely low and showed in that 1:4 home hammering in the FA Cup at the hands of Preston where they were awful. They will fight because they have to but I just don't see them taking anything to build on. As bad an away record as Spurs have it is actually better than the home record of Derby. Now Spurs are stronger and Derby are in disarray I see this as an away win.
