Padėkite su CSS nukreipimu

Sveiki, man vis neišeina nukreipti į kita css failiuką jeigu lankytoja naudoja IE, naudoju šį kodą:

Ką blogai darau? Naudoju ir šį kodą įterpiu į main.tpl failiuką.

O gal galėtum padėt su style.css failiuku dvieju vietu nepavyksta pakelti auksciau va foto:

Čia reikia ,kad žvaigždutes gerai atvaizduotu

Būtų gerai jeigu ta failiuka paredaguotumėte per IE developer ten bus Styleie.css failas ir jį įkeltumėte čia, dėkui

tai neatsirastu žmogus kuris galėtu padėti sutvarkyti likusius du error? Nes man nepavyksta surasti tą bėdą :/

Jau juokdarys... Tu bent davei nuorodas, kur viską galėtume rasti? Ir dar tikiesi, kad kažkas kažką padės?
