I think that is useless to say who is Roger Federer and who is Novak Djokovic and how they play, all the world "should" know it.

It's not really easy to analyze this kind of match, too many "if, maybe, but" anyway I'll try to do it.

From one part to the net we have Roger Federer, former number 1 of the world, as you know Roger is having his worse season since when he has become the true Roger Federer, this summer for him after the famous Wimbledon final has been a disaster, losing to Simon, Karlovic and Blake, where the true Federer never would have lost against them.

Also on this US Open hasn't really played well on all the matches, maybe the only match where we have seen the best Federer is against Stepanek, the other not really continuos on his performance and forced to the fifth set against Andreev, even if there's to say that the Russian was impressive on that match, anyway here on US Open has won last 4 editions and is 33:0 W/L in strip and so these are numbers, real and respectable numbers.

Also for Novak Djokovic hasn't really been a wonderful summer, it's true that he has done the final in Cincinnati and has won the bronze on the Olympic Games, but so for his level on hard this aren't really good results.

This tournament as you know has been strange for him, he has imho not played well and there's this "history" of his phisical problems that nobody knows how is true or false, imho isn't really false at all, but so I have seen worse injured players in my life......

Imho the service will be really important on this match and of course the Swiss is serving better then the Serb, seen that this last one also on the last round against Roddick, not decidedly the best player on the returns games, has granted 10 break points and 3 converted to the American that has served too for going into the fifth and final set and when he was up 30:15 on that game he has made two DF in a row, so just crazy.

Roger Federer leads 6:2 on the H-2-H, but some of those has been played few years ago, when Djokovic was still a young player, with a lot of talent, but no more.

Another important thing imho is the weather conditions, in fact the forecast says that tomorrow there will be a big "shower" and there's also some chance that both mens semifinals will be played on sunday and then for the first time on this major the tournament would finish on monday, so all in order to say that Federer has more experience also on that and of course he knows a lot better regarding the young Serb how to manage this situations especially mentally, that as you know is a big part of tennis.

So, the service, the experience and allow me to say also another thing, that is a famous phrase done by Rudy Tomjanovic "Don't ever underestimate the heart of a champion"

Finally I can't say that to bet Roger Federer about 1.80-1.85 is huge value or something as that and I don't bet of course on him just for passion or something as that, seen that I love just one thing on tennis and are my money invested on it, but so I feel this way and for some reasons I think that is right to go with Federer, I bet on him at Unibet. Why? They have bet valid as betfair.com after 1 set, so last meeting between them Djokovic retired after 1 set and then seen his presumed phisical problems I feel it correct.

Anyway - niekaip nepasispręndžaiu ar Federrį imti ar ne. Skaičiau įvairias prognozes, tai xuj suprasi - kiek postų tiek nuomonių. :) Galiausia pasirinkau burtus/nuojautą ir mažą sumą užmečiau už Federerį... ;)
