Thanks for replying.

 

We emailed members specifically instructing them that all no number

receipts had to be forwarded to [email protected] by Dec. 2nd at 6:00PM

EST. Unfortunately there is no record of you forwarding your receipt and

therefor your prize was not processed and subsequently shipped.

 

On the bright side, you do get to keep all your PTz from the redemption

and using those combined with all the PTz you've earned since, you may

be able to redeem something bigger and better in our next redemption.
