Pardavejas padare refund, taciau pinigu greiciausia neatgausiu ? PAYPAL

susiduriau su situacija...kadangi mano anglu kalba yra prasta, prasau bendros pagalbos suprasti situacija tokia:

Ebay, nupirkau preke, sumokejau, gavau...pardavejas aukcione nurode, kad butent manam modeliui tiks detale (motociklo detale) manam motociklui ji netiko (nors modelis pardavejo buvo nurodytas butent manasis) sutarem kad jis grazins pinigus, as grazinsiu jam preke, kad turet garanta jog atgausiu pinigus, iskeliau paypale dispute, issiunciau preke, pardavejas preke gavo ~spalio 16d refund (grazinima) padare 18d, sianien paypalas parase du laiskus, pirmasis:

Cia viskas gerai, po dvieju val atsiunte antra laiska:

Ar panasu, kad pinigu nebeatgausiu pagal sia situacija ?

Kad pagal ta langa, tai pinigai pervesti is pardavejo i tavo saskaita, o is saskaitos i tavo kortele, pasiziurek korteles balansa.. Nors tie actions su laiskais bishki nesiderina :)

Taip ir turi buti, pardavejas man padare refund 18d, tik paypalo tie laiskai nesuprantami, vienas kitam priestarauja, pinigu kortelej zinoma nera.

Bandyk parašyti pardavėjui. Jei sakys kad neatšaukė nieko tuomet paypal laišką bandyk parašyti.

Taigi grazinimas buvo pervesta i kortele October 27, o kol uzskaito i kortele praina 3-10 darbo dienu.

Taip kad palauk bent iki penktadienio :)

I’m really disappointed in paypal. The funds have been sitting in my paypal account since the day I received the stabilizer back. I’ve been e-mailing them to please pay you. It looks like they final sent it to you a few days ago or at least they took it from my account and sent it somewhere. Meanwhile, they tried twice to take the funds from another account, without authorization, which cost me $50 in bank fees. Paypal has since reimbursed me for that.

Meanwhile, they sent me the following message a few days ago, well after I settled the “dispute” and asked them to pay you.

pagal screena as matau kad tau tie pinigai jau yra pervesti, tu siek tiek palauk kol banaks uzskaitys kaip sakiau.

Tas laikas dar nuo vieno dalyko priklauso (nežinau, ar čia šiaip sutapimas, ar teisybė, bet bent kelis kartus pasitvirtino). Jei tą paymentą fundini ne iš accounto balanso, o iš kortelės, ir refundini, tada į kortelę grįžta greičiau (2-3 dienos), o jei fundini iš accounto, refundina į accountą ir withdrawini, tai užtrunka ilgiau, man asmeniškai su SEB kortele apie 5 darbo dienas.

Nera cia ko kelti vejus paskui dar is zmogaus paypalas nuskaiciuos dvigubai . lol .
