redemption process for our legit members. Members that play by the rules should

We're writing to let you know that if you've received multiple emails about your November redemption, we apologize for the confusion. WIth this email, we are confirming that you WILL be receiving your Wii Sports with Console - Games included.

As you know, our redemption terms stated that Z-listers could redeem only one item 50 PTZ or over. Therefore any additional items, other than what is confirmed above, and 50 PTZ and over will not be fulfilled. Further, we want to assure you that your membership status will not be negatively affected by the multiple redemptions as we know that many experienced technical issues due to our systems overload. All of your legitimately earned PTZ remaining in your balance will remain active.

Beginning with our next redemption, we are introducing a whole new system that should avoid and fix the tech issues that have plagued our previous efforts. As many of you know, we're a very young site still in beta, and the redemption process is evolving. While we're grateful and appreciative to the many members who complimented the progress we made on this redemption, we will remain dissatisfied and will not rest until we provide a bug-free and reliable experience to each of our founding members on Lockerz.
